Op deze plekken moeten herbruikbare borden of bekers worden gebruikt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kartonnen koffiebekers met een laagje plastic zijn niet langer toegestaan. Er geldt een uitzondering voor zorginstellingen. Daarnaast moet men betalen voor koffiebekers die iemand voor onderweg koopt. Verkooppunten mogen zelf de prijs hiervoor bepalen. Wel moeten ze herbruikbare alternatieven aanbieden. Deze maatregel gaat in vanaf 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bedrijven kunnen ervoor kiezen om toch bepaalde plastic bekers of verpakkingen te gebruiken, zolang hiervan maar 75 tot 90 procent weer wordt ingezameld en hergebruikt. Dat mag alleen \"wanneer het echt nodig is\", aldus de staatssecretaris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>19 miljoen kopjes<\/strong><br>Heijnen schrijft dat er in Nederland elke dag 19 miljoen plastic bekertjes en voedselverpakkingen worden weggegooid na eenmalig gebruik. \"Daar moeten we toekomstige generaties niet mee blijven opzadelen.\" Het verbod op wegwerpplastic was al eerder aangekondigd, maar wordt nu afgerond. De Europese Unie heeft regels om plastic zwerfafval tegen te gaan en daar komt deze Nederlandse aanscherping vandaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afbeelding: de kartonnen (koffie)bekers bevatten ook plastic.
