Big milestone with Clean the World

Thanks to the collective effort of partners within the Circular Plastics Alliance, the first-stage plastic recycling equipment has officially arrived in Orlando. This isn’t just logistics. This is collaboration turning into execution. Together with partners such as Kras Recycling B.V., De Jong Afvalbewerkingssystemen and Euro-Rijn Group, we’ve helped make it possible for Clean the World to fully recycle hotel soap bottles that are normally considered unrecyclable. Think contamination, soap residue, labels, pumps and caps. Exactly the materials most recyclers avoid. This system is designed to handle them anyway.

As Tom Cannon put it perfectly: “This is a big one.” From R&D, planning and procurement to unloading thousands of pounds of bright-green steel and innovation onto our floor. This equipment marks a concrete step towards industrial scale circularity and puts full control of plastic recycling back where it belongs: in the hands of those committed to closing the loop. Heavy work and complex challenges to make bottle to bottle recycling possible. But absolutely worth it. This is what progress looks like when partners move together.
